Construction Project Manager

Direct Hire Opportunity to join a 100% employee-owned leading Electrical contractor working onsite near Lucid Motors in Casa Grande. Client established in 1984

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assisting Superintendent on assigned projects to ensure project success and profitability.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with all project participants and ensure cohesive flow and distribution of project administration and requirements.
  • Ability to participate in walk-throughs providing quotes and estimates in a timely manner for items out of GC scope
  • Review and distribute Submittals, RFIs, maintain Logs and all material and equipment procurement in correlation to baseline schedule.
  • Monitor and manage contract drawing revisions and maintain record drawings for as-built documentation.
  • Recognize and manage project changes/revisions with cost and schedule impacts. Includes receiving, reviewing and preparing change orders
  • Review and understand specification requirements for closeout documentation at project completion.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to read drawings and specifications.
  • Great organization and time management skills
  • Familiarity with Procore and other Project Tools
  • Microsoft Office Products (Excel)
