Vendor Contract Administrator - Military veterans preferred

The Vendor Contract Administrator is responsible for evaluating, processing and reconciling vendor cost contracts. The Vendor Contract Cost Analyst will be required to update and manage the timing of rebate contract changes and item expirations. The role will resolve contract price rejections and coordinate collection of rebates. Other duties as assigned.Responsibilities:Update contract data in Bunzl AS400 systems and maintain the accuracy of associated dataExecute process associated with vendor contracts to ensure consistency and accuracy is achievedProficiency in understanding various rebate contract arrangementsCultivate partnership with internal customers and vendors regarding contract dataAudit rebate reports and customer accounts for accuracy and timely completionParticipate in projects as directedPerform other duties and responsibilities as assignedRequirements:High School diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance a plusExperience in accounting or procurement preferred, with a successful track record in problem-solvingAbility to work successfully in an independent or team environmentMust be proficient in Word, Excel (Smartsheet) and OutlookExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multi-task projects, establish priorities, work independently and organize effectivelyMust be detail orientated, as well as possess strong financial reasoning and analytical skills So, what are you waiting for?
