Construction Project Manager - Military veterans preferred

Softek Global Services provides both operations & strategic support to tribal 8(a) & commercial organizations. Our client is a Tribal 8(a) and HUBZone Small Business that provides management consulting, project management, and administrative management services. Their organization is wholly owned by a federally recognized Native American Tribe. Theyre committed to providing exceptional services to federal clients and commercial clients and generate income to fund Tribal programs and benefits for tribal members. They are seeking a Construction Project Manager who can be responsible for leading project teams, ensuring project deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction. Candidate is ideally within driving distance of St. George, Utah for periodic meetings and coordination.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Purchasing and Expediting skills
• Subcontractor and Vendor Coordination
• Project Management experience and skills
• Inspection and Quality Control skills
• Design/Build Experience a plus
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with remote teams
• Experience in a federal and commercial contracting environment is preferred

Education:

• Bachelor's in Construction Management or 10 years equivalent experience as APM or Superintendent required

Certificates, Licenses and Registrations:

• Project Management certification, such as PMP, is preferred.
