Job Description

Chemical production facility located in Theodore, AL is currently looking for a full-time
Warehouse Foreman.

The items listed below are job duties/activities required for aWarehouse Foreman.

Responsibilities:

•Review and execute regular safety and toolbox talks.
•Train employees on packaging SOP's.
•Act as a safety role model ensuring employees are aware of safety policies and
individual responsibilities.
•Coordinate with client supervisor and maintenance team.
•Support Plant Services Manager and HSE Manager confirming all company
information is distributed to warehouse employees.
•Provide leadership and accountability of team.
•Ensure production needs provided by client are met.
•Execute company safety policies and procedures.
•Create, schedule, and track attendance.
•Maintain a full working staff in two packaging warehouses and one shipping
warehouse.
•Ensure excellent product quality of finished material.
•Assist in material inventory tracking.

Requirements:
•High school diploma or equivalent
•Experience in supervising or similar role industrial field
•Ability to troubleshoot and prioritize tasks at hand.
•Effective communication skills with the ability to interact and engage with a diverse
set of teams.
•Ability to delegate tasks to employees and lead by example.
•Excellent organizational skills and time management skills
•Ability to recognize hazards and potential safety needs.

Must be able to pass background check

Must have a valid driver's license

Pay: $32.62/hr
