Experis is looking for an IT Project Manager for one of our leading clients in Conshohocken, Pa.This role is 100% remote, consultants should be able to work EST hours and should sit in EST or CST time zones.
Required Skills:
Prefers someone who has an IT background
Someone who had delivered large enterprise implementations.
Financial management is a requirement.
Must be able to forecast and know how to forecast as they will be responsible for full financials on their project and be responsible to stay in budget.
Experience working with Clarity is highly preferred
MS project, Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel -must be very strong in giving presentations.
Responsibilities:
IT Background with strong PM skills
Strong Facilitator - Communication, C Suite presentation skills.
Serve as a trusted advisor for the program.
Excellent group presentation skills.
Someone who is able to take ownership to drive the project; Help to create structure around the project.
Provides overall financial direction for the projects to manage the development of budgets, controls, and measurements to monitor project progress.
Participates in identifying project costs, resource allocation, and project schedule changes.
Develops, refines, validates, and manages project plans to ensure 95% on-time and on-budget delivery initiatives across the enterprise.
Responsible for utilizing project management methods, standards, best practices, and project integration as well as the coordination of all internal and external resources required to complete assigned projects.
Provides timely and concise communications to functional leadership regarding project status and pending issues.Confirm and pursue deliverables across sub-workstreams
Analyzes processes and makes recommendations for optimizing resources and product delivery. Drive towards standardization.
Develops project plans based on specifications provided by Stakeholders and portfolio management staff and manage the effective execution of the initiatives.
Builds consensus among multiple process leads relative to project scope, task execution, staffing, and issue resolution.
Brokers services vendors on behalf of the business area represented.
Identifies potential risks, issues, assumptions, and decisions within the project; and escalates accordingly.Proactively manages issues.
Knowledge of computers to operative effectively with computer hardware such as general mainframe, midrange, network and desktop technologies; computer software includes application development lifecycle, MS Office Suite, Outlook
