is partnering with a leading regional medical center in Paris, TX to find a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join their night shift Med Surg team!

Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify needs, monitor vital signs, and track patient progress.
Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively according to physician orders.
Educate and support patients and their families regarding their conditions, treatment plans, and self-care strategies.
Provide emotional support and maintain a safe and comfortable environment for patients.
Collaborate effectively with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
Document patient care accurately and thoroughly in the electronic medical record (EMR).
Maintain a clean and organized work environment and adhere to all infection control protocols.
Qualifications:
Active and unencumbered Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a Short-Term Acute Care Hospital (STACH) setting, preferably in Med Surg.
Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
Proficient in time management and prioritization skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
