The Change Management Lead is accountable for preparing employees and customers to adopt the changes in tools, business processes, and job roles as part of TR’s Commercial Systems Program. This program introduces significant change for employees in the form of simplified business processes & standard toolsets, as well as changes for customers in the form of digital self-serve tools, standardized commercial policies, and optimization of existing experiences. The Change Management Lead prepares employees and customers to quickly adopt changes so the benefits of these investments can be fully realized.

About the Role In this opportunity as

Change Management Lead , you will: Apply a structured process to produce change artifacts that contribute to a cohesive & holistic strategy for the Commercial Systems Program; these change artifacts will help employees in all affected roles engage, adopt, and use changes effectively in their day-to-day work. Be focused on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, and technology as well as job roles and organization structures. The primary function of the role is to create and implement change strategies and plans that maximize stakeholder adoption and minimize resistance, driving adoption and proficiency of the change within the organization. Lead organizational change management activities for small to medium-sized initiatives and/or participate on a change team on one or multiple initiatives of varying complexity using a structured change management methodology. Build change management approach and plans integrating change management activities into the overall transformation project plan leveraging industry standard methodology to ensure successful planning and delivery Create engagement strategy and plans in partnership with key functions including project management, communications, human resources, leadership and managers for impacted stakeholders to drive buy-in and adoption of the change Develop or support communication plans, key messages, presentations and write communications for all levels of the organization Support training where needed including training assessments and design/development of training materials Develop a sponsor roadmap for senior leaders to fulfill the role of change sponsor Provide direct support and coach front-line managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions Lead or support change management activities with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to understand, manage, and reinforce change throughout the transformation life-cycle using key methods and tools including Stakeholder analysis and management plans. Change impact assessments. Change readiness and resistance plans. Change adoption and action plans. Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress and adoption. Work with and influence individuals at all levels of the organization to drive change; support and engage senior leaders, coach managers, supervisors and project teams, evaluate and ensure stakeholder readiness and adoption Measure and monitor progress at clearly defined points in the process to ensure change activities are aligned with transformation objectives, delivered on time, and meet or exceed expectations Support organizational effectiveness efforts including org design and definition of roles and responsibilities Maintain a solid understanding of organizational change management, incorporating best practices as they emerge

About You You're a fit for the role if your background includes: Fluency in English Is Required Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, related field, or equivalent experience is required. 4+ years experience implementing complex, cross-functional initiatives required with a solid understanding of how people react to change and the change process; experience leading change management specific activities preferred Ability to match working hours of US-based stakeholders Strong

leadership/influencing/relationship

management skills; ability to understand and align interests across the enterprise and drive collaboration among groups Strong communication skills – both written and verbal:

Excellent active listening skills Experience writing clear, effective communications to a variety of audiences Experience presenting to stakeholders, using verbal and written communications Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal Demonstrated conflict resolution, negotiating and influencing skills

Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations where the organization is in continuous change Experience indirectly managing cross-functional team members and stakeholders in activities that result in the adoption of change Ability to manage and prioritize multiple activities in a dynamic environment; multitasking and organizational skills Experience in initiatives that include off-shoring, on-shoring, out-sourcing, and in-sourcing highly desirable Experience applying change management principles, methodologies, and tools to transformations, a plus Organized with a natural inclination for planning and tactics; self?directed and proactive Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere Must be a team player, able to effectively and collaboratively work with and through others, at all levels in the organization Strong analytical & problem solving skills Strong learning aptitude and agility Location: CDMX What’s in it For You?
