Talentry is looking for multiple experienced Restaurant Managers for a variety of locations in Florida, Georgia, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
The role is:
To oversee the Front and the Back of the House with respect to operations.
Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction, while at the same time ensuring profitable operations.
This role will evaluate staff performance, organize shifts, work with vendors, ensure health/safety/compliance, and look for opportunities to improve the brand.
The manager will train new and current employees, communicate policies and ensure change management.
Requirements
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience as a Restaurant Manager, GM, or similar.
Ability to work 50 hours/week on a 5-day work shift (with a max of 3 closings).
Proven leadership, training, and people skills.
Demonstrated customer-centric history.
Familiar with restaurant management software (OpenTable, etc.)
