Insight Global is seeking a Product Roadmap Specialist to join a large financial firm in New York. The Product Team operates at the intersection of innovation and strategy, enabling clients to perform efficiently through targeted use of analysis, prioritization, and risk avoidance. In this role, you will be responsible for prioritizing, planning, and facilitating the execution of custom software development applications. In addition, you will be assisting clients in developing their "Go-To-Market" strategy and tracking the effectiveness of product offerings. The Product Roadmap Specialist will be responsible for organizing Program Implement Planning, delivering the product roadmap. The Product Roadmap Specialist's core activities include:
- Facilitating PI Planning
- Partnering with stakeholders to ensure proper prioritization, resource allocation, and scope mapping for upcoming initiatives
- Assisting clients and Engineering in gathering requirements for Jira issue creation
- Creating and maintaining the Product Roadmap
- Acting as SME and Point-of-Escalation for assigned CWS Pillar (OGS/OSS/FMRE)
- Guiding assigned CWS Pillar through the product lifecycle

Required Skills & Experience
- At least 5 years of Product Management experience
- Gather requirements, drive alignment, prioritization, road mapping and engagement with engineers or software developers to deliver business outcomes
- Experience in shaping business strategy for technical products
- Excellent knowledge of Agile principles
- Understanding of basic fundamentals of iterative and incremental development
- Working knowledge of the software development processdesign, development, test, and deployment
- Strong communication, collaboration, leadership, conflict resolution, budgeting and time management skills
- Bachelor's Degree

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for use case creation and prioritization
- Strong working knowledge of JIRA and its administration.
- Strong organizational skills, excellent written, communication and communication skills
- Professionalism, enthusiasm and ability to work across a matrixed organization
- Strong background in requirements definitions, translating customer needs, market trends, strategic imperatives into business requirement documents and functional requirement specifications
- Achieved a PMP and/or CSM or another project management /agile certification
