We are looking for an experienced Senior Supply Chain Planner with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of our supply chain activities to ensure the efficient flow of materials and products from suppliers to customers. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels, minimize costs, and enhance operational efficiency.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and sales, to align supply chain activities with business objectives.

Conduct thorough demand forecasting and analysis to anticipate market trends, customer demands, and inventory requirements.

Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms, pricing, and lead times.

Monitor inventory levels and develop replenishment plans to prevent stockouts while minimizing excess inventory.

Utilize advanced supply chain tools and systems to track shipments, monitor performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, reduce waste, and enhance supply chain resilience.

Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain planning within the automotive industry.

Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, practices, and methodologies.

Proficiency in demand planning, inventory management, and logistics optimization.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and levels of the organization.

Proven track record of driving results, managing projects, and leading cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with ERP systems, MRP software, and other supply chain management tools.

APICS certification (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) preferred.

Salary: $90,000-$140,000 Benefits: Medical, Vision, Dental, PTO, 401k

$90,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year
