We are looking for a new Order Fulfilment Coordinator to join our Logistics team! 02nd May, 2024

What's the Role:

We are seeking a new team member to join our Order Fulfillment team. In this role, you will be a Customer Service Expert, and will ensure Internal and External customer satisfaction through timely and efficient fulfilment of customer orders.

To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent organizational skills, thrive in a busy environment and deliver timely, accurate and effective processing of sales orders and purchase orders.

You will be a collaborative individual and enjoy working closely with our internal stakeholders including Bradken sales, manufacturing and dispatch teams. Daily activities include raising orders for outside suppliers, liaising with our internal divisions and manufacturing plants, stock management, expediting, invoicing and day to day enquires from customers.

Key Criteria:

· Experience in Customer Order Management - beneficial! · Qualifications in logistics is highly regarded · Working experience in mining-related background is preferred, but not essential · Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel skills essential · Salesforce accreditation - beneficial, but not essential

This role is based in Burswood, WA.
