We’re looking for people with a strong background or interest in building successful products or systems; you’re comfortable in dealing with lots of moving pieces; you have exquisite attention to detail, and you’re comfortable learning new technologies. Software engineering and innovation are at the core of our team. As a Product Manager, you will understand the core of products, services, and plan product iterations in a spectacularly robust fashion. You will:

Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing to iterate product features at large-scale Listen and meet with our core users to identify product road maps Improve product standards, tooling, and processes You may be fit for this role if you:

Over 3 years of Product Management experience, managing technical software products from kick-off to ship Passion and excitement for helping consumers and understanding their needs Experience shipping great products with great user experiences Experience leading products that require coordination of many stakeholders and cross-functional teams including engineering and design Persistence and a whatever-it-takes approach to ensure that your product and team are successful Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for precise articulations of customer problems What’s it like to work at Swifteam?
