Overview

RES’ dynamic Talent Acquisition team is looking for a new member – Lead Corporate Recruiter - with 5+ years of experience for our Nashville, TN, Fort Lauderdale, FL or Orlando, FL offices.

The mission: RES is growing exponentially, organically, and through acquisitions. The team needs additional support to tackle this growth and bring the company to the next level. You will be focusing on building a pipeline of key talent for RES for new businesses, assuring constant conversations with key talent in environmental space across the country.

You will work in a collaborative and fun team, passionate about what they do. You will be reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, who will be supporting your growth and learning at each step.

You will thrive with us if you are an intellectually hungry person – at RES, learning opportunities present themselves daily; if you are passionate about people and know how to build relationships – you will be working with at least 10 different hiring managers at once, and you will learn their ways of working and preferences; and if you know how to take initiative – RES is a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment, knowing how to deal with ambiguity will be key to your success.

Responsibilities

No day is the same, but your time will be split between the following functions:

Acting as a Consultant, you will support your internal clients in the recruitment process. You will help them define the requirements for the person they want to hire, advise them on the current labor market and compensation, craft compelling job postings for them, and offer the candidates – simultaneously for 20+ positions!

You will need creative writing skills, and some background in an HR consulting / agency will help you thrive.

Acting as a hunter, you will explore creative strategies to source the best talent for your region. Experience with different advertising platforms is needed.

Acting as a Project Manager, you will also support the team in programmatic activities, including Campus Recruitment, and Diversity and Inclusion, so we are expecting great organization skills and good knowledge of MS Office!

Note that this list does not encompass all the functions associated with this job.

Qualifications

We would love to talk to you if you have many of the following:

  • 5+ years of experience preferably in RES-related industries such as civil or environmental engineers, scientists or ecologists, land people, and alike.
  • Passion for sustainability.
  • Curiosity and intellectual hunger.
  • Superior Writing skills - we might ask you to provide a writing sample during the interview.
  • Owning the recruitment process from A to Z.

What will make you stand out?

  • BA / BS in HR, Business, Communications, or alike.
  • Experience in recruitment agency / HR consulting.
  • Experience working across geographies and with 10+ hiring managers at the same time.
