The Human Resources Specialist will work with new hires and existing employees to ensure employees successfully complete and maintain their credentialing status. In addition, this position will provide support to overall human resource functions and company special projects.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • The HR Specialist will work closely with new hires to distribute, collect, and submit required credentialing paperwork for all new clinical staff and providers.
  • This is a Hybrid work position, requiring a few days onsite.
  • Develop excellent working relationships with new hires and the credentialing agency to ensure a smooth credentialing process.
  • Keeps track of credentialing status and provides regular updates as needed.
  • Audits various HR data and maintains HR dashboards.
  • Administers Service Awards and other employee recognition programs.
  • Ensures company is in full compliance with all regulatory compliance postings and communications.
  • Maintains the companys HR SharePoint site.
  • Creates presentations, documents, and spreadsheets.
  • Assists with creating and updating job descriptions.
  • Conducts research and works on various company projects as needed.
  • Assists in the recruiting process as needed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelors degree preferred or a combination of degree and work experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Provide exceptional internal and external customer service
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
