Hardware Associate Position Summary:

This is an opportunity for the right person to join a dynamic team focusing on quality and performance to exceed our customers’ expectations. Hardware machine operators are expected to set-up equipment to install fasteners to customer specifications, and efficiently maintain a quality part through the run.

Position requires a constant drive for success and willingness to learn and grow everyday.

Hardware Associate Responsibilities:

  • Install fasteners in part per customer print.
  • Understand and meet job quote times.
  • Reliable, punctual for scheduled shift.
  • Drive to continually learn and improve.

Hardware Associate Required Skills:

  • Technical knowledge of equipment.
  • Able to keep a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
  • Ability to read and interpret complex drawings.
  • High School diploma or G.E.D required.
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds on occasion.
  • Preferred Manufacturing Experience

Hardware Associate Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (OT as need Saturdays)
