In this position you will oversee various partner segments, driving and optimizing partner performance and satisfaction, developing and executing partner enablement programs, fostering partner collaboration and co-innovation, and translating partner insights into partner strategies that accelerate business growth and customer/partner value.



Responsibilities

  • Partner Enablement:
    Providing partner training, certification drive, and partner target assignment for targeted partner development. Handling venue booking/logistics, invitation creation (EDM), and registration logistics for partner enablement sessions.
    • Partner Marketing:
    Supporting through partner marketing activities, such as PO/POE, lead gen data collection, and campaign ID for referral.
    • Partner Program:
    Providing partner program enablement, such as new partner onboarding enablement, partner business enablement, and ISV success program. Providing onboarding support, communication support, partner Q&A, and escalation support for partner program related inquiries.
    • Partner Ecosystem:
    Driving demand for Inspire, curating and deploying monthly partner newsletters, planning and executing bi-annual managed partner kickoff events, and managing partner best practice publishing.


Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or related field
• At least 1-3 years of experience in partner enablement, partner marketing, or partner program management
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools
• Ability to embrace constant change with flexibility and good grace

• Must be fluent in Korean and English

• They may have to go into office for team meetings
