Overview

  • IRB submissions (initial, modifications, continuing reviews, RNIs) for investigator-initiated and industry-sponsored studies. Includes preparing documents as needed for these submissions. Includes submissions as needed for external regulatory bodies.

  • Build and maintain REDCap databases for investigator-initiated studies.

  • Assist with study data abstraction from the electronic health record and completion of subject study visits as needed.

  • Other administrative duties as assigned.



Responsibilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize work demands and troubleshoot issues
  • Innovation and problem solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Intermediate skill level with Mircosoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) on Windows OS
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Critical judgement skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Good time management skills


Qualifications

  • 2+ years clinical research or regulatory experience
  • Experience with IRB submissions
  • Experience with building REDCap databases
