The Systems Administrator on the End User Computing team will be responsible for managing and maintaining user endpoints. Your role involves designing, implementing, and enforcing policies related to device management, compliance, security, and application management.

As a Systems Administrator, you will:

  • Design, implement, and maintain Desktop Infrastructure systems, including software deployment, imaging, OS patching, application patching, application upgrades, desktop configuration and management using Microsoft Intune.
  • Oversee the Intune infrastructure.
  • Evaluate new and emerging desktop/laptop and other user-facing product technologies to enhance end user experience.
  • Perform analysis, diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex end user technology issues and situations.
  • Ensure the security and compliance of the organization's end user environment.
  • Work with vendors and service providers to determine resolution and mitigation related to adverse end user conditions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of EUC systems, configurations, and procedures. This includes creating user guides, system manuals, and technical documentation.
  • Responsible for generating regular reports on system performance, usage, and compliance metrics.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.


Qualifications
  • Two-year tech school degree required
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar field preferred
  • 4 years' experience with SCCM/Microsoft Intune preferred
  • In-Depth knowledge of software deployment/distribution, desktop imaging, and central patching using Microsoft Intune.
  • Knowledge of Group Policy and Intune in a hybrid AD / Entra environment.
  • Possess strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation and customization.
  • A strong understanding of various infrastructure technologies such as WAN/LAN, TCIPIP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, and Windows Desktop operating systems.
  • Ability to understand and add, modify, or troubleshoot all end user devices; this includes workstations, smart phones, Teams Room devices, tablets, and various standard and specialty printers.
