project. This is not a remote position, and the requirement is an on site manager. This position will require experience in overall planning, coordination, and control of a project from inception to completion aimed at meeting the projects requirements to produce a functionally and financially viable results. This job is coordinating with the various GC and working with them to produce a Level 2-3 milestone schedule that will allow the owner to directly understand the progress against meeting the Owners targets, the constraint issues and problems that drives any negative float to targets. The successful candidate must be able to lead teams in the extraction of data that allows the project milestones status. The successful candidate must be able to deliver map day to understand the interaction (predecessors and successors) for the various activities to put an overall schedule together. The successful candidate must be a self-starter, with the ability to communicate to Sr representatives for the Owner. They must be able to articulate and prepare reports accurately presenting status and key issues. They must be willing to work with various trades and subcontractors to help reduce the “fog” working to understand what estimated completion projections at the task/milestone level are being communicated against the risk of achieving them. They will need to lead a small team of schedulers in a hands on manner that allows them to drive and prepare construction schedules from engineering plans and specifications, reviews contractor schedule submittals, and prepares analysis. The Individual also participates in the development of project phasing, prepares schedule forensic analysis of contract changes, and prepares integrated master schedule in the absence of a general contractor. Specific Responsibilities

Work directly with the Owner to ensure that their program needs are met. Work with GC’s and subcontractors to monitor performance to ensure schedules are met. Collaborate with owner to manage overall project risk and communication throughout project team. Collaborates with Owners and GC/CM to develop, maintain and execute to the project schedule. Prepare project reports and documentation, communicate with project team and management. Produces what-if scenarios, project risk analysis, manpower histograms, percent complete, and other scheduling reports as needed by the project manager and client. Provides supervision and technical direction to support staff. Interfaces and maintains liaison with project management, clients, subcontractors, etc., on all planning and scheduling related items and functions, including reporting requirements, progress status, and new impacts. Required Qualifications

Minimum 10 to 15 years of large project and construction management experience in a leadership position with strong results in communication and delivery of key messages. Semiconductor experience strongly preferred as the complexity of the milestones and interaction of the task complexity is larger than that of regular construction projects. Demonstrated skill in running teams thru direct ownership or more important influencing leadership models. The ability to develop Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling in a construction environment understanding the major interaction between high level milestones. This is not a P6 scheduler that can develop task and interaction of task but a project manager that has an overall understanding of the schedule deliverables and methods to achieve them. Demonstrated knowledge of construction standards, practices, techniques, and technology as how they relate to the technical part of the schedule and demonstrating a proficiency in construction logic and sequencing. Proficiency in standard PC software and hardware, planning and scheduling software preferred P6.2/P6 Pro Software and Microsoft Projects. Ability to work under deadlines and coordinate several concurrent deadlines. Ability to develop presentations in the delivery of key messages and being able to coordinate presentations into a cohesive message. Excellent communication skills: ability to work well with external vendors to drive results; ability to communicate within multiple levels in an organization. Education

B.S. Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or other related field or equivalent experience.
