Scientific Program Manager - Military veterans preferred

We are currently looking for an experienced Scientific Program Manager.

Position Description:

Under this Task Order, the Contractor(s) shall provide services in support of the overall functions of the OSMO/Technology Transfer and Intellectual Property Office (TTIPO).

Minimum Education Master’s

Specific Qualifications

· Two (2) years of specialized experience in technical writing in plain language plus a Master’s degree in Biology, Life Sciences, or other related discipline.

· Minimum of two (2) years of Scientific business communications experience.

· Minimum one year of experience in a business environment conducting web-based marketing, social media outreach.

· Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

· Working knowledge of and the ability to use various programs such as SharePoint, Teams; experience with databases in order to quickly master training to access, input and retrieve documents and information from NIH’s Enterprise Technology Transfer system (ETT).

· Strong communications skills, both oral and written.

· Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills.

· Individuals who have a strong grasp and understanding of scientific literature and are able to write promotional material about complex scientific and technical matters in plain language for a variety of non-scientific audiences in an accurate and interesting manner is required.
