ABOUT YOU:

Cervélo is seeking an experienced Executive Project Manager who will lead, influence, drive accountability and manage cross-functional stakeholders to deliver critical project(s), including New Product Introduction(s) (NPI). Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role is heavily focused on product development and will also lead projects post-development phase. These activities will require working with department leaders throughout the organization to manage interdependent milestones in order to effectively coordinate Go-To-Market (GTM) milestones and product “launch.” The Project Manager owns the project plan and ensures that project deadlines are met. Stakeholder communication and relationships are held to the highest standard, and will be a key driver of success in this role. This role is located in the Cervelo office in Aliso Viejo, CA. Major Duties and Responsibilities: Core planner for the Product Development and launch activities, managing projects from concept through delivery (in-market+) Track project timelines and deliverables and ensure that they align with project requirements Develop detailed project plans using established structure and customize project documents to suit the specifics of the project Drive projects through the existing Stage-Gate process and manage all gates/project approvals Coordinate with department managers to ensure resource availability and allocation Provide support and direction to project contributors throughout various functional teams Capture and communicate stakeholder needs throughout the project Proactively identify and escalate risks and issues Manage changes in project scope, schedule and cost Maintain recurring reports and communication regarding project(s) status Evaluate and assess completed projects Core Competencies and Requirements: 5+ years of experience in a Senior Project Management role Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field Experience with strong technical teams and engineered product development Proven competency in Project Management tools; Smartsheets and Smartsheets Resource or similar Basecamp or similar communication tools; Jira, Confluence, etc Google or MS Suite Excellent communication: verbal, written and presentation skills including video conf Team, cross-functional and executive level audiences Establish and lead with influence across multiple

departments/stakeholders Ability to perform detailed planning and organizing for multiple projects at a time Proven ability to achieve project timelines, requirements, and deliver on stated business objectives Preferred qualifications or experience: Credentialed in Project Management, such as a CAPM, PMP, UC Certification or similar Experience with overseas manufacturing and testing Consumer Products industry experience; sporting goods/cycling a plus Familiarity with carbon fiber part production or plastic injection molding Practical experience with performance cycling products; maintenance, assembly Passion for and/or participation in cycling LANGUAGE SKILLS:

This compensation package will be dependent on experience, qualifications, industry experience and the interview with a potential range of up to $90,000 - $120,000.
