Registered Nurse Supervisor - Military veterans preferred

Overview:

Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Florida Department of Corrections.

We are currently seeking a part time Mental Health Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team at DadeCorrectional Institution located in Florida City, Florida.

Responsibilities:

The RN Supervisor will work under the direction of the Director of Nursing to provide supervision of nursing and support staff. The RN Supervisor is also responsible for working alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients with a wide range of physical and mental health needs.

Qualifications:

• Florida RN license
• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of two years of experience as an RN required
• Current CPR certification and tuberculosis documentation
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Corrections experience preferred
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check

Available Shift:

Saturday & Sunday; 3pm-11:30pm
