RN Nurse Educator - Military veterans preferred

Gulfstream Staffing has partnered with a Medicare Certified Home Care organization that is experiencing a rapid growth phase. We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time RN Nurse Educator near Boynton Beach, FL.

The RN Nurse Educator is responsible for providing nurses with ongoing education and educational resources for continued support in delivering high-quality care and an extraordinary customer experience to our patients, clients, and community.

The RN Nurse Educator reports to the Vice-President and collaborates with senior leadership/leadership to educate and preceptor new hires, support active clinicians, identify educational needs, and follow through with said education.

Location: Boynton Beach, FL (Home Office) With Travel To Hobe Sound & Vero Beach Occasionally

Responsibilities:

Collaborates with leadership/team members to identify

educational opportunities and works with the Director of

Education and/or equivalent to develop engaging, high-quality educational content (live and virtual) using innovative learning best practices.

Collaborates with leadership to ensure regulatory updates are supported through education channels.

Coordinates the orientation, field competency, and precepting of newly hired nurses to ensure the overall competency of new staff.

Qualifications:

FL RN License

OASIS Experience

Minimum of 1 year experience providing medical, oncology, home health or hospice nursing preferred, may be specified by State.

Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
