Responsibilities Completing project control plan Job walks Coordinating on site labor in conjunction with Area Managers Coordinating on site equipment requirements in conjunction with applicable departments Ensuring completion of all site specific training by employees Working to meet all customer requirements and requests Troubleshooting with Field Personnel Working with the Safety Department to investigate and report an incidents and near misses Participating in employee performance reviews as required Conflict resolution with on-site personnel Providing training, coaching and support to Field Staff Other duties as required Qualifications Be able to work with minimal supervision Excellent communication and organizational skills Proven leadership and management skills (at least 5 years) Be committed to providing high level of customer service Have a clean driving record and a valid license Be able to meet the physical demands of the position Experience in an industrial, petrochemical or nuclear facility an asset TWIC or ability to obtain preferred We are an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
