We're hiring an Inventory Control Analyst!

Our Interior Systems Division is looking for an Inventory Control Analyst for its manufacturing facility in Louisville, KY, to verify the physical inventory balance on hand for all bulk raw materials, purchase parts, and production end items.

You'll work on challenges that matter

This job will require you to:

  • Perform inventory cycle counts based on the ABC class process per stock segmentation.
  • Ensure bulk raw materials, purchase parts, and production end items are cycled at a minimum once per semester.
  • Perform cycle counts on all new model programs. Review bill of materials to verify usage accuracy.
  • Analyze cycle results and process inventory adjustments for in tolerance counts. Out of tolerance cycle counts require part investigation which may include supplier ship history, scrap process or bill of material audit.
  • Prepare cycle documentation for management approval. Retain all documents in accordance to Finance guidelines.
  • Analyze negative balance on hand report daily.
  • Review QAD CIM error transaction report daily for production end items backflush.
  • Correct errors as required.
  • Perform weekly production scrap audits to verify accuracy of production scrap process.
  • Assist with engineering change coordination to minimize obsolescence.
  • Prepare daily inventory reports for management meeting.
  • Prepare monthly shipment report for all service/production end items.
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE):
  • Support commitments established in the ISO 14001 Environmental Policy.
  • Conform to requirements established in Fraser Plant ISO 14001 Environmental Management System (EMS) procedures and work instructions.
  • Ensure members in assigned area(s) of responsibility conform to relevant EMS requirements.
  • Support environmental programs to achieve objectives and targets.

Authorities:
  • Launch a deep dive audit on certain parts, suppliers, or shipments.
  • Request a ship history from a planner, due to a variance in question.

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field is preferred
