We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic, reliable and eager to support a busy sales team to help improve efficiency as sales volume increases. Our broad selection of technically oriented products and services, culture of change, and growth mindset will ensure this new position is multifaceted and challenging.

This position is based in Minneapolis, with a hybrid (3 days per week in-office) work environment. Candidates near our Las Vegas and New York offices will also be considered.

THE CHALLENGE:

  • CRM utilization and maintenance
  • Update Salesforce for new products and/or product deprecation
  • Collaborate with internal CRM admins and other teams to improve CRM workflow and hygiene
  • Create and maintain best practices, and documentation thereof
  • Local (US) help for commercial team
  • Provide data and guides to help the sales team
  • Direct communication with customers (only via DocuSign)
  • Ownership of contract process, validating and ensuring accuracy pre-signature and post-signature
  • Manage communication with internal stakeholders for new contracts
  • Determine contract process metrics and improve contract process efficiency
  • Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches, and information or requirements shared by legal, finance and other teams - and ensure sales team is on board
  • Other duties, as assigned
YOUR PROFILE:
  • Bachelor's or associate degree in relevant field a plus
  • Experience as a Sales support specialist or Sales support associate a plus
  • Hands-on experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and CRM systems
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
  • In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail (including following multi-step processes)
  • Critical thinking, analytical and prioritization skills
  • Collaborative attitude, dedication to teamwork
  • Strong sense of curiosity, commitment to continuous improvement
  • Sports enthusiasm a plus


Pay Range: $50,000 - $65,000
Sportradar intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, qualifications, and location. Base pay is just one component of the Total Rewards that Sportradar provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
