Position: Facility Manager

- Hires, trains, supervises, coaches, and evaluates maintenance staff.
- Develops and maintains a productive maintenance team through well-structured training and mentoring programs that communicate the Company's strategies and business objectives.
- Ordering of all equipment parts, sanitary supplies, maintenance supplies, and related items using the Company approved purchase order system.
- Keeps in compliance with and abreast of all OSHA regulations.
- Ensures a high level of customer service.
- Initiate maintenance and safety programs for a variety of facility equipment
- Be responsible for the preventative maintenance of machinery including HVAC.
- Keep compliant and aware of all changes with regulatory agencies like OSHA.
- Demonstrate awareness and knowledge of all emergency procedures.
- Manage all aspects of the buildings, exterior grounds, equipment, inventory overall facility.
- Process and oversee deliveries.
- Plan and schedule facility modifications, including cost estimates for the facility.
- Pool Maintenance/Pool operator experience preferred.
