The Sales Support Specialist is instrumental in B2B lead generation, engaging potential clients through various channels to nurture them through the sales funnel. They will collaborate with the Outside Sales Representative and Customer Service Representative to convert leads into sales.

Job Responsibilities: This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.

  • Conduct targeted B2B cold calling and email campaigns to generate new business leads, aiming for 80 to 100 quality calls per week.
  • Continuously refine and adjust strategies based on feedback and results.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our product and services to address any questions or concerns.
  • Qualify leads, identify decision-makers and gather essential information using various avenues and our CRM system.
  • Utilize CRM systems to document and track leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the Outside Sales Representative to plan client visits and meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets.
  • Learn and follow the CFS Quality Policy.
  • Adhere to stated policies and procedures.
  • Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role.
  • Maintain positive customer relations approach towards visitors, customers, and employees.
  • Maintain a high-level of confidentiality on all matters involving Custom Fabricating & Supplies.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Cold calling experience, preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • CRM experience, preferred.
