Responsibilities of an RN Supervisor
Leadership and supervision of nursing staff.
Ensuring quality patient care and safety.
Managing staffing schedules.
Providing training and support to nursing staff.
Maintaining accurate patient records.
Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
Handling emergencies effectively.

Qualifications of an RN Supervisor
Must be a Registered or Licensed Nurse in PA
