Only qualified Project Manager candidates located in the San Diego, CA area will be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence
Required Skills:
6-8+ of years of work experience in roles that were delivering impact across an organization, with a focus on operations and implementation
Comfortable presenting to Cross-Functional Teams / Execs
Experience developing and managing project plans
Comfortable conducting data analysis / identifying business insights
Change Management Experience Excellent verbal and written skills
Preferred Skill/Experience:
Prior Consulting or Biz Ops Experience
Prior experience being part of a strategy or business operations team in a technology company, and/or helping improve efficiency or effectiveness in a business function of a technology company is preferred
Project Manager Responsibilities:
Coordinates project activities to ensure the project is on schedule
Provides administrative and logistical support including meeting arrangement, progress tracking, and documentation
Partner with CG Operations Team to identify and solve business problems
Assist with analytics and execution of operational improvements
Work with CG Operations & Strategy Team to improve business processes
