Responsibilities

•Manage and oversee pre-litigation cases from opening through the demand stage.
•Conduct initial case assessments and investigations.
•Provide comprehensive support to attorneys and assist in case management
•Communicate effectively with clients, assigned attorneys, and internal team members.
•Draft legal documents, correspondence, and demand letters.
•Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.
•Coordinate with medical providers, experts, and other relevant parties.
•Assist attorneys in case strategy and preparation for litigation, if necessary.
•Ensure compliance with legal procedures and deadlines
•Schedule appointments, hearings, and depositions
•Assist in trial preparation and attend court proceedings
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and databases
•Prepare and organize legal documents, including pleadings and discovery

Qualifications

•Proven experience as a Legal Assistant or Case Manager.
•Knowledge of Nevada legal procedures and regulations.
•Knowledge of personal injury law and legal terminology
•Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
•Proficient in legal research and document drafting.
•Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Familiarity with case management software is a plus
