Overview:

Williams Comfort Air is currently seeking an Inside Sales Agent to join our team! This team is dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience everyday. Our Inside Sales Agents work together in a call center environment with inbound and outbound phone calls to our customer base.

Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts, Fri-Mon

Pay: $18/hour + Spiffs + Monthly Bonuses

Responsibilities:

What Will I Do?

  • Timely follow-up on company provided leads
  • Establish customer rapport; ask open questions to determine the customer's needs
  • Present the right products and service solutions
  • Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals
  • Create confident buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing
  • Become an expert of your market area
  • Ask for referrals to expand your customer base


Qualifications:

Do I have What it Takes?

  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience, preferrably in a call center
  • Driven and passionate about helping the customer
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite. Word, Excel, etc.
  • Meet and exceed given goals and KPIs
