Primary Responsibilities
In the role of Senior Project Manager General, we'll count on you to:
- Understanding of project management and delivery process
- Developing and presenting deliverables to clients for status and updates
- Managing project staff and design consultants to keep projects on budget and schedule and within agreed-upon scope
- Through your project efforts and involvement in industry activities, developing and maintaining client relations
- Actively participating in and supporting internal and external development and training activities
- Working with Resident Engineer and providing design support during the construction of the projects
- Perform other duties as needed
Qualifications Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 10 years related experience experience in design, project/program management, and project coordination
- A minimum of 5 years of project management experience
- Construction administration experience is a plus, but not required
- Is technically capable in transit design development, and familiar with project development procedures/processes.
- Demonstrates interest in the development and maintenance of client relations.
- Strong written and oral communication skills are required and working as a team player is very important for this role.
- Desires to work with multiple agencies to develop projects in a collaborative fashion.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, estimating and scheduling software, project management software
- Must have the ability to interact with various design teams, have excellent organizational, project management and communication (both written and verbal) skills
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
Preferred Qualifications- A license/certification may be required
- PMP certification

The expected compensation range for this position is $144,988.00 - $223,695.00 annually depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
