Job Description
Wanted: An experienced Senior Program Manager/SME with demonstrated experience in providing enterprise support services, while leveraging industry-standard service management best practices.

A week in the life of a Senior Program Manager/SME:
This SME shall support various business development efforts on an as needed-basis and participate in technical presentations to the customer, when needed.
Preference given to candidates who can bring successful program leadership and ITIL implementation experience to guide business development efforts that are aimed at stabilizing and improving enterprise IT services.

Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
