CCPA disclosure notice below

As a Solutions Architect with a strong focus on implementation, you will be responsible for both designing and deploying complex technology solutions to meet the needs of our diverse client base. Your role will be critical in bridging the gap between the conceptual architecture and the actual implementation of technology solutions. In this unique position, you will spend approximately 60% of your time on hands-on implementation activities, such as system configuration, cloud deployment, and integration tasks.

You'll work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, constraints, and current technological landscape. Leveraging this understanding, you will architect solutions that not only meet but exceed client expectations, considering scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency. Given the heavier implementation focus, you'll often find yourself transitioning seamlessly from a design meeting to configuring network protocols, setting up cloud-based services, or troubleshooting deployed solutions.

Your deep technical expertise, along with your exceptional communication skills, will enable you to articulate the benefits and nuances of your architectural decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. As a valuable member of our team, you will not only contribute to the successful delivery of solutions but also play a key role in mentoring junior staff and leading by example.

This role demands a high level of technical competency, a deep understanding of various technologies and platforms, and an aptitude for implementing and optimizing solutions in real-world environments. If you are passionate about technology and thrive in a fast-paced, client-oriented setting, this could be the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Consult with Clients: Understand client needs, business objectives, and existing systems to design effective solutions.

Architectural Design: Develop comprehensive architectural plans that serve as blueprints for implementation, considering scalability, security, and cost-efficiency.

Hands-On Implementation: Carry out the actual deployment of designed solutions, which could involve setting up servers, configuring networks, or coding custom solutions.

Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members on both design and implementation best practices.

Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation for solutions, from architectural diagrams to implementation guides and user manuals.

Client Communication: Keep clients informed about project statuses, changes, and requirements.

Performance Tuning: Optimize the performance of deployed solutions through monitoring, troubleshooting, and updates.

Vendor Relations: Build and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure that solutions are optimized for specific client needs.

Quality Assurance: Validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of implemented solutions through rigorous testing procedures.

Ongoing Support: Offer technical support and training to clients for implemented solutions as needed.

Minimum Requirements

Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in systems engineering or a closely related field.
