Description

The Program Manager helps ensure the Global Law Enforcement team—which involves over 350 personnel in multiple states—is operating efficiently, complying with all contractual and program requirements, and responding to the needs of employees and the Government.

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Must be able to Obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and assistance to all staff supporting the program on an ongoing basis, including interfacing with Corporate Divisions
  • Participate in program meetings and be prepared to address or disseminate anything of need concerning customer policies, procedures, and clarifications
  • Understand customer requirements to ensure cases are delivered on time and of high quality
  • Conduct annual performance reviews and recommendations for salary adjustments
  • Participate in the onboarding and off-boarding of program team members, coordinating start dates, crossovers, security briefings, departure dates, and paperwork
  • Other duties, as required


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business or a relevant field
  • 5 Years of recent experience managing programs
  • Possess analytical and organizational skills with demonstrated experience in planning, budgeting, oversight, and documentation of all aspects of service projects
  • Proven experience on a Government Contract site supporting the Government or military communities
  • Excellent supervision/management and conflict resolution skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with or for a Law Enforcement Agency
  • Program Management Professional
