Deposit Operations Specialist 1 - Military veterans preferred

The Deposit Operations Specialists performs operational duties to support the daily processing of transactions. This includes, but is not limited to, incoming and outgoing Fed adjustments, stop payments, fraudulent check cases, file maintenance, transaction processing, Non-Sufficient Funds, non-post items, check processing, exception processing, return item processing, incoming wires, outgoing wires, international wires, debit card chargeback and dispute cases, process levies, process garnishments, researching and resolving issues, the processing of Canadian checks, and other various tasks. This position performs accounting, clerical, administrative, and record-keeping duties for the Deposit Operations Department. This position requires work of a precise nature pertaining to daily activities of deposit operations and provides support to other departments as needed. In addition, this position is responsible for providing assistance, answering questions, and resolving concerns of customers that are escalated from the Call Center, as well as backing up the Call Center for inbound phone calls.
