Overview

As a District Manager at Velociti Services you will have full P&L accountability for your assigned district and are accountable for all operational services across theassigned district, ensuring that the Operations teams areproviding consistent, professional, and quality serviceto customers in their book of business. They will represent Velociti Services to their customers as being the world’s best service organization and have an active focus on safety and compliance policies, standards,and procedures established by the Velociti Services, by ourclients (via contractual requirements), and byregulatory authorities across the organization.

Within Velociti Services EVERYONE SALES! This position is responsible for driving sales throughout assigned territory. The District Manager will promote inside sales with current customers but also outside sales, attracting new clients through networking and promoting solutions to potential clients.



Responsibilities

  • Provide coaching and development to direct reports to ensure commitment to enhancing our service culture
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, and P&C leaders to maintain a holistic approach to managing all aspects of the team’s performance
  • Look for opportunities to increase services provided to customers with an awareness of the benefits of transitioning accounts to adjacent divisions
  • Develop strategies that promote optimal regional success while translating to the team how local strategies align with the ultimate goals of Velociti Services
  • Administer and / or implement quality and performance systems, programs, processes, procedures and / orplans throughout the organization
  • Develop and maintain a good, professional working relationship with all customers, establishing aclear line of communication at all levels and linesof service. Ensure an active client visitation
    program is maintained
  • Prepare for and participate in weekly senior management meetings to discuss key business
    initiatives, compliance, financial updates, newbusiness, and operational performance
  • Generate andparticipate in monthly and quarterly performancereviews for the organization and for external
  • Identify current client needs in other verticals and advertise other services
  • Network with potential clients providing solutions to issues they have
  • Develop proposals and pricing in response to customer RFPs
  • Participate in sales and operationalperformance presentations to clients
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial reports and legal documents
  • Maintain overall compliance culture with all safety, security, compliance and quality standards andprocedures established by Velociti Services, by ourClients, and by regulatory authorities
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members ofthe business community
  • Possess andutilize effective listening skills
  • Ability to effectively present informationto North America Senior Leadership Team, public groups, and Customer Senior Leaders
  • Other duties as assigned or requested


Qualifications

  • 8 or more years of leadership experience in an operational environment
  • Previous facilities management leadership experience, is a must
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office software applications, including Outlook,Excel, and Word.
  • Leadership skills which demonstrate the ability to inspire a decentralized team toward the common goal of delivering stellar service to customers and producing strong profits for the organization
  • Demonstrated experience in the implementation of scalable processes and org structures
  • Proven track record of consecutively exceeding sales objectives
  • Ability to build and sustain relationships with client senior executives
  • Working knowledge of human resources policies and procedures
  • Excellent management skills with proven experience managing teams in a remote environment
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams within the organization

Physical Requirements

Applicants for this role must be able to:

  • Climb small to medium flights of stairs multiple times a day

  • Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate any required computer keyboard, mouse, and other technical instruments
