Join our dynamic team as a Senior Information Management Officer, where you’ll play a critical role in supporting office automation and information technology services. As a Senior Information Management Officer, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring seamless IT operations and providing top-notch support to our clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or scientific field (e.g., software/computer engineering, computer science).
  • Ten (10) years of experience in supporting office automation and Information Technology service requests for both Desk Side Support and Network troubleshooting.
  • Experience with managing equipment and software on a Army managed network, including completing work order request forms, maintaining current equipment/software, and obtaining additional equipment/software.
  • Knowledge of the process and action required for user maintenance.
  • Act as initial user help desk specialist.
  • Must have one of the following DoD 8570 AIT II certifications (CCNA, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND or SSCP).
  • U.S. Citizen with an Active Secret Security Clearance.

Job Duties:

  • Provide IT support to the Product Management Office, coordinating with clients to maintain Government-owned equipment (e.g., Laptops, Printers, Multi-Functional Units, Video Teleconferencing and Secured Video Teleconferencing and Network Access Equipment).
  • Serve as the liaison to the client for creating/changing/deleting users in the User Account Requests for the Biometrics office.
  • Collaborate with BMD, TS Operations Lead, and the government client to resolve IT issues, develop cost comparison reports for purchase of new IT equipment, manage software licenses on all office Government owned equipment, and support property accountability and inventories for all government client IT equipment.
  • Develop, staff, and finalize various IT-related products including Memorandum of Agreements/Understanding, IT cost comparison reports for the purchase of new IT equipment, preparation of IT SOP(s) in accordance with the client requirements and standards, and establishment of video teleconference (VTS) SOPs and training.
