As a Clinical Program Director, You Will:

Qualifications
  • Licensed Practitioner: You must hold a valid license in Illinois (LCPC, LCSW,LMFT)
  • Substance Abuse Treatment: You must have prior experience in working with clients who struggle with substance abuse issues. Experience in detox, residential, partial hospitalization (PHP), or intensive outpatient (IOP) programs is highly desirable.
  • Clinical and Supervisory Skills: You must have at least 2-5 years of clinical practice, as well as experience in leading or supervising other clinicians.
