We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Product Operations to join our team. In this role, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing and optimizing the operational aspects of our product development process. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient and successful delivery of our products to market. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong background in product management, operations, and leadership.

What You’ll Accomplish - Your Performance Objectives Product Lifecycle Management:

Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle management process, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives. Operational Strategy:

Develop and implement operational strategies to streamline product development processes, improve efficiency, and drive continuous improvement. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with product managers, engineering teams, design teams, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, resolve dependencies, and drive alignment. Resource Management : Manage resource allocation, including budget, staffing, and tools, to support product development activities and meet project deadlines. Performance Metrics:

Define and track key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of product operations and identify areas for improvement. Risk Management:

Identify potential risks and issues related to product development and implement strategies to mitigate them proactively. Quality Assurance:

Implement quality assurance processes and standards to ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer expectations. Stakeholder Communication : Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables. Leadership and Mentorship:

Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the product operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.

Sets clear priorities, objectives, and plans for teams and crisply communicates throughout the organization. Stays disciplined against product management best practices while balancing against pragmatic objectives of the Company. Experience We're Looking For - An Overview Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in product management, operations management, or a related field, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions. Demonstrated leadership ability, with a track record of effectively leading and managing cross-functional teams.
