POSITION SUMMARY: Sales Support is responsible for managing lease rental work orders, lease returns, trade inspections, remarketing processes, and various administrative tasks related to equipment management. The ideal candidate will possess strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

FLSA STATUS: The U.S. Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) requires employers to classify their employees as being either exempt or non-exempt for the purpose of being paid overtime wages. RESPONSIBILITIES: Satisfactorily performing and/or achieving the following Responsibilities are essential duties of the job. Job duties are dispersed by Director of Sales.

Coordinating:

•Manage machine sale documents and logistics for shipments.

•Coordinate attachment installations and pre-delivery inspections.

•Handle freight quotes and logistics for machines and equipment.

•Create the deal evaluation process and issue purchase orders (POs).

•Manage hold, reserved, and status updates for equipment.

•Process sales documents and ensure smooth handover for invoicing.

Invoicing:

•Organize and store delivery documents, verify signed documents.

•Handle tax forms and maintain customer files for sales and rentals.

•Manage liability insurance certificates and historical documents.

•Process invoices for rentals, machines, attachments, and freight.

•Calculate commissions and prepare rental reports.

•Conduct various audits, including inventory and department audits.

•Handle RPO payoff and provide sales-related documents.

New Products:

•Manage purchasing process for new machines and attachments.

•Coordinate processing and documentation for new equipment.

•Maintain price files for new machines and attachments.

•Coordinate pre-delivery inspections and manage accrual accounts.

•Source attachments based on customer requirements and specs.

•Store and manage all documents related to new machines and attachments.

•Submit orders for National Accounts and collaborate with sales reps on customer orders.

•Resolve invoice disputes and manage cargo claims and damages.

•Confirm price protection and handle vendor-related tasks.

Other:

•All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

EXPERIENCE/COMPETENCIES/PROFICIENCIES

Experience and/or Education: Two-year degree or high school graduate with equivalent work experience.

Computer Skills: The employee can use the equipment and software required to accomplish the responsibilities of this position. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.

High proficiency in customer relationship skills.

•Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•Proficiency in data management and record-keeping.

•Familiarity with inventory management systems and CRM software.

•Knowledge of remarketing processes and equipment industry terminology.

•Discretion in handling confidential company information.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS - Being able to meet the Physical Demands of the job is an essential duty of the job.
