Responsibilities:

• Lead the aerospace development team in the planning and execution of aerospace projects.
• Drive innovation and excellence in aerospace technology.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation.
• Research and evaluate new technologies and trends in the aerospace industry.
• Define and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage project budgets and resources effectively.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in aerospace development, including leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of aerospace technologies, trends, and regulations.
• Proven track record of successfully leading aerospace projects from concept to completion.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
