We have a fantastic opportunity at a local long standing, reputable steelwork contractor. Focusing in steel buildings for the commercial and residential industries and offices all across the US, they are currently looking for a Project Manager with knowledge of the structural steel.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage budgets and negotiate to save cost and time
Coordinate schedules for material, equipment and installation
Communicate and work closely with detailers, estimators and erectors
Review, amend and submit shop drawings
Good time management - managing clients expectations and needs
Communicate with general contractors, engineers, management and architects.
Experience:
2 years experience in project management
3 years experience in structural steel
