Medical Device Facilities Construction Project Manager - Military veterans preferred

Akkodis is seeking a Medical Device Facilities Construction Project Manager for a 9 month onsite contract position with possible extension with a client located in Warsaw, IN. You will provide infrastructure, manufacturing equipment coordination, and department relocation project management expertise that will enable the business to identify, develop and commercialize quality products- on time and on target. This includes optimizing the project and portfolio management methodologies via training and coaching, the development of and maintenance of new tools and processes and sharing best practices across Functions and Divisions.

Pay/Salary Range: $50.00 to $57.00 per hour

Medical Device Facilities Construction Project Manager job responsibilities include:

• Establishes daily tasks necessary for successful project execution
• Collaborates with all levels of stakeholders to establish objectives, timelines, milestones, and budgets
• Tracking Project Budget
• Must possess an established track record of sound cross-functional actions and decisions impacting the business process and company results. (action oriented)
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively (both oral and written) in a clear and concise manner.
• Presentation skills. Able to clearly present information through the spoken work; influence or persuade others through oral presentations in positive and negative circumstances, listens well.
• Experience managing a functional area within Finance or Operations is preferred, with demonstrated results-oriented performance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree in an analytical field or related science required
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager
• Experience working in a medical device regulated environment Preferred
• PMP (Certified Project Manager Professional) Required
• MS Project (Gantt/Sprint) experience
• Must be proficient in MS Office Applications
• Agile experience a project management approach based on delivering requirements iteratively and incrementally throughout the life cycle.
• Advanced MS Excel skills
