Description Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our Perrigo Direct team in Peachtree City, GA.

Assists in the day-to-day administration of customer services processes to support the sales operations and administration teams.

Scope of the Role

  • Receive, record and process customer orders, inquiries, and/or complaints covering items or products ordered.
  • Process incoming POs, both manual entry and EDI.
  • Ensure timely answering of customer inquiries received by phone, fax, or email, appropriately referring customers to company personnel and providing support materials as necessary.
  • Research using available information resources and if necessary, redirect issues to appropriate resources and/or escalate issues requiring urgent attention.
  • Provide pricing, availability, may suggest alternative products, and schedule information within established guidelines.
  • Handle and assist the processing of picklists in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Provide administrative support to sales management, including preparation of correspondence and presentations; respond to and route inquires received via telephone, email, mail and other as appropriate.

Experience Required

  • High School or vocational qualification
  • Typically, a minimum of 2 years’ experience
  • Organized and attention to detail
  • Ability to resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining a professional and calm demeanor
  • EDI knowledge a plus
  • Syteline ERP system knowledge a plus
