Job Summary
This position is a vital part of the UK International Center Business Office team. The person will serve as the business officer for these departments: International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS), International Health Safety and Security (IHSS), International Partnerships and Research, International Recruitment, Global Health (including Shoulder to Shoulder Global) as well as provide financial support to the UKIC Main Office and Business Office and others as needed. This position is the main Human Resources contact for personnel management including the hiring process and payroll management.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Knowledge of general ledger and accounting concepts of expense and revenue, SAP experience, attention to detail, knowledge of fund accounting, financial analysis skills, knowledge of unit level financial reporting, advanced skills with Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of HR policies, hiring process, and payroll system.
Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? NoPreferred Education/Experience
BA and four (4) years of accounting, financial analyzing related experience. SAP experience preferred.
