Position title: Accounts Payable Coordinator I

Location: Baltimore, MD, United States | (Remote)



Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience, preferably in business or finance.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience working in a finance or international organization.
  • Experience in a non-profit non-governmental aid and development organization.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Excellent proven ability with MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access.
  • Excellent customer service skills and support.
  • Strong time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Highly motivated, energetic, and proactive.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to exercise confidentiality.
  • Sense of good stewardship in the use of agency resources.
  • High degree of comfort in a multi-cultural environment.

Internal: Finance Department, GKIM, Supply Chain, Travel Agent, Human Resources, Internal Auditors.

External: Bank representatives, Vendors, Auditors, Insurance agents
