The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of actively engaging in the strategic development and enhancement of supply chain products, collaborating closely with IT partners to translate business understanding into technology solutions.
Leadership, Teaching, and Mentoring:
This role is pivotal in providing leadership within the supply chain product management landscape. The successful candidate will be responsible for not only leading teams but also imparting knowledge and mentoring team members in the adoption of best practices related to product management. The ability to cultivate a collaborative and innovative work environment is crucial.
Supply Chain Experience
: A comprehensive understanding of supply chain dynamics is essential for success in this role. The candidate should possess hands-on experience in managing various aspects of the supply chain process, with a specific focus on product management, from procurement to distribution.
Proficiency with Enterprise Systems (e.g., SAP):
The ideal candidate should have a proficient command of enterprise systems, with a focus on product management within the supply chain. While experience with SAP is highly desirable, proficiency in other enterprise systems is also recognized as a valuable asset. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to navigate and utilize these platforms effectively.
Familiarity with JDA:
Familiarity with JDA (formerly known as Blue Yonder) is a key requirement. The candidate should be well-versed in leveraging JDA solutions to optimize and streamline supply chain product management operations.
In-Depth Understanding of Supply Chain Flow:
The successful candidate should demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of supply chain flow, specifically within the context of product management. This includes the ability to analyze, strategize, and implement efficient supply chain processes to enhance overall organizational performance.
