To model and exemplify the mission, core values and philosophy of the company. Operates and manages all aspects of an early education center, including human resources, customer relations, marketing, educational programs, financial responsibility, and physical facility. Serves as the go-to person for all EARLY EDUCATION classrooms, including monthly lesson plans, TRS and TSR requirements, supplies, scheduling, and meetings. Promotes positive image of the school within the community and on social media. Establishes strong working relationships with other state licensing authorities, local, and county health departments, and other regulatory agencies. Provides administrative support to Kids in Action administration, teachers, and families.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

General Ensures school compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Problem solving skills Implements health and safety standards, ensures that appropriate supervision of children. Written and oral communication skills Work as a team with other coworkers Have a professional demeanor Have a professional appearance

Reporting Relationships The Director will report to the Owner of the School. The Director of the school will oversee direct reports including: front office, administrative positions, lead teachers and assistant teachers.

Qualifications The Director must meet or exceed state licensing requirements for Director, including age, education, and experience. At least 2 years experience as an Assistant Director or Director is required. A Bachelor Degree is required. A Directors certification is required. CDA may be required. Complete Leadership Mastery class in first 30 days (will provide)
